I wished to share our fantastic outcomes of this collaborative mural challenge impressed by the artist Tula Pink‘s Tridazzler Quilt. This concept was created by Don Masse, of Shine Brite Zamorano. Take a look at his weblog right here to see the instructions for this challenge.

We precut squares and triangles for the children. First, they glued the triangle to the sq.. Then they used a ruler to attract the strains after which coloured in with Crayola Twistable crayons and building paper crayons. We had youngsters in all of our lessons Ok-8 create a sq.. The older youngsters helped glue and draw the strains for the children in grades Ok-2 (so all they needed to do was shade). The youngsters in grades 7/8 loved arranging the items and deciding how it will all come collectively.
