Veterans and navy members within the UW–Madison neighborhood have been honored Saturday with a Veterans Tailgate occasion organized by College Veterans Companies, adopted by a flag presentation and flyover by Black Hawk helicopters on the soccer recreation at Camp Randall stadium.
