Sergey Zelik is in Turkey this week (25-29 September) attending and talking that the CHAOS convention (homoclinic bifurcations, unusual attractors, Arnold diffusion, Fermi acceleration, and solitons). It’s a celebration of the sixtieth birthday of Dmitry Turaev, and is being held within the Nesim Math Village in Izmir Turkey.
